Before I got an opportunity to study in London, I had lots of thoughts of which area should I be in the future where I can really be good at and have enthusiasm. Every year my dreams narrowed down to fashion but I was worried if I can really do the job and put everything into it because I wanted to find a clear direction at the first place. During my application to different colleges, I really wanted to challenge myself into new environment where I can learn essential skills in Fashion. UAL seemed to have what I was expecting. Looking at the works done by UAL students, they were inspiring and I definitely thought studying in UAL will not only strengthen my skills but to really make my vision clearer.
Leaving out the facts about college, the city itself fascinated me. Red double deck buses going around Gothic architectures to high-tech futuristic buildings. I get lots of inspiration from architectures and London was a city that I really wanted to stay and see how those buildings interacts with people. Furthermore seeing London only from movies and books, I was always curious about how it will actually feel to live in London.
